Preparatory Work for Mega Free Eye Camp in Lindi
As per email by Lion Mustafa Kudrati, on 16th December 2011, Four Mzizima Lions braved an eight hour gruelling drive to inspect, organise and facilitate the Club's forthcoming Mega Eye Camp to be held in the southern coastal town of Lindi. The Club also plans to plant about 200 trees at the location.
As revealed by RMO Dr. Machibya, Lindi has prevalence of eye related ailments and an eye camp will be more then welcome.
The Mzizima members were accompanied by the District Sight first Convenor Lion Shanti Shah, Region Chairman Lion Habil and Lion C.T.Shah.
It was decided to hold the camp for 4 days from 19th of January to 22nd of January.
The Club wishes to invite all Lions to join them for the noble cause. Further details will be made available through Club Secretary Lion Mustafa Kudrati
