Lions from the fraternity enjoyed dinner offered by Shahi Darbar on 6th of September 2011 when Lion Shakil Ansari carried out a soft launch with Zone 2 Meeting. Lions gathered at the venue located at Masaki along Chole Road.
The Zone 2 meeting was hosted by Lions Club of Dar es Salaam Pwani.The ribbon cutting ceremony was carried out by ZC Lion Zahira Patwa while ZC Lion Babul, Amani President Lion Shenaz Noray, Pwani President Lion Sara Qadri and District Officer Lion Abdul Hai watched.
Lion Shakil mentioned with great honour on the decision by Pwani to hold the meeting at his premises and offered handsome discounts to all Lions whenever they wanted to hold their meetings or gatherings.
Lion Shakil proceeded to officially open the restaurant on 27th of September 2011 at a grand ceremony.
