City Club Program

 ASSEMBLY POINT:

All Club members and lion members from the DSM Lions Club fraternity to meet at Dar Brotherhood at 9:00 am ready to leave for Buguruni at 9:30.

GOVERNOR"S ACTIVITIES:

To distribute hearing aids food stuffs and plant trees at the Buguruni school between 10:00 -10:30 am

DEPARTURE TO BUYUNI: 10.30am and arrive by 12.30pm.

TOUR OF BUYUNI PROJECT:

Tour of the school projects and plant trees at the school and thereafter leave for Lion A M Khans' farm house residence for lunch at 13:30hrs,

BOD MEETING: 15:00hrs up to 16:30hrs

END OF VISIT: The District Governor shall leave at 16:30.

Wednesday 25th January, 2012.

Pwani Club Program

Meeting Point: Purnima Restaurant.

Time 9am and Departure: 9.30am

1.      Meet and greet the DG at 9am, Purnima Restaurant.

2.      Depart by Bus from Purnima Hotel at 9.30am

3.      Reach Vikawe, 37kms from Dar es Salaam.

4.      Carry out launching ceremony of Signature Project - Al-Medina Orphanage. 10.45am.

5.      Plant 10 shade trees at the open yard. 11.00am.

6.      Move to Vikawe Primary School.  11.30am

 Giving juice, bread and cake to all 450 pupils and giving 200 educational books to school.

7.      Travel back to City 12.30pm.

8.      Lunch at Khana Khazana (12,000pp) along Nkrumah Street at 1.30pm.

9.      Board Meeting at Shahi Darbar starts at 7.45pm and ends by 8.15pm.

11.   Fellowship dinner (18,000pp) at 8.30pm and  Close of program 10pm.

Thursday 26th January, 2012.

Mzizima Club Program

1. Stationary supplies to Mnazi Mmoja Primary School.

2. Tree planting exercise at Mnazi Mmoja Primary School.

3. Donation of 5 invalid tricycles to Songea constituency Member of Parliament at Mnazi Mmoja Primary School.

Time from 10.00 am to 1pm and lunch venue to be announced.

Board meeting in the evening at 7.30 pm, followed by fellowship dinner at the Arizona grill. Charges 20,000 TShs per head

Amani Club Program

Tuesday 24th January, BOD meeting at 8pm at Red Onion.

Presentation of sewing machine and stationeries to school students.

28th Saturday, 10am we will take the DG to witness the Bagamoyo Pictorial Exhibition which is a joint project of Amani club with Hodi Tanzania and tour of National Museum.

Quiz Competition - Fifteen secondary schools to promote Bagamoyo as a Historical Tourist Attraction.
