My fellow Lions, the 9th MD 411 Annual Convention in Entebbe from 3rd to 6th May 2012 was extremely successful and thanks to the organising team under the able hands of MCC/PDG Lion Shem Bageine.
I therefore wish to all Lions of 411B of my most sincere appreciations.
