GIVE TO MEMBERS RESPONSIBLE POSITIONS SAYS INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR LION REDDY

International Director Lion K. Reddy while expressing concern over the dwindling state of membership in District 411B advised as follows:

1. Give responsible positions to new members so that they become part of the club;
2. Identify the club with an activity that will make create a  Milestone Reference;
3. Create impact on members and public by the robust activities that your club carries out;
4. Hold maternity camps; and
5. Try to build orphanages and/or old people homes

"Fear of failure is not real failure," echoed Lion Reddy while explaining to the members during the Cabinet Meeting that his club had sponsored a Blinds Home in Chennai - where the Blind are now completely self-reliant. They manufacture and supply 500,000 envelopes monthly to corporate offices.

"Concerted efforts are necessary to boost further the already enhanced Lionism scenario in MD411. I am proud to note that wonderful projects have been carried out in this area for which I have been privileged to witness," mentioned Lion Reddy.
