Sunday Activity by Mzizima Club at Ocean Road Hospital

Several members from Mzizima visited the Ocean Rd. Hospital to distribute food to all the patients in four wards. The activity was carried out at noon where Lion members accompanied by The R.C Lion Hyder Z.C Lion Zahira and several Lion hearted people who assisted in cooking and also serving the cancer and aids ridden patients in the wards. 

There were poor patients who were also assisted with fares to go back to their home places.They had completed their treatment and had no money to go back to their domicile nor did they have any relatives to assist.One of the beneficiary was the Albino (pictured) who was suffering from cancer in the leg and another was having throat cancer and could not even talk due to his condition. They were namely from Musoma ( Selemani) and Tanga ( Bosco). 

The activity took 2 hours and we are joyous at the fact that a lot of patients benefited from this distribution.
