I would like to hereby inform and invite you to the Second Cabinet Meeting of the Lions Clubs International, District 411 “B” which will take place at Gold Crest Hotel, on Saturday 18th February 2012 at 8:30 AM sharp.
I take this opportunity to remind Region Chairpersons, Zone Chairpersons and District Officers to send in their reports by the 12th of February 2012, as this will give me enough time to make copies, file them and present them at the cabinet meeting, any officer sending the report after the 12th of February I humbly request him or her to make 40 copies and bring along to the meeting.
It is the earnest request of the District Governor to see all Cabinet and District Officers attend this meeting and participate fully in all the events and seminars, for saving time at the cabinet meeting in Mwanza; I will be sending all the cabinet and district officers the minutes of the 1ST Cabinet meeting which was held in Dar-es-salaam on 17th of September 2011, for your kind attention and to make corrections if any.
I am also pleased to Inform you that we will have our leadership seminar on the same day the 18th of February in the afternoon from 2:00pm till 4:30pm.
Apologies will only be accepted and recorded if sent in writing in good time, NO VERBAL apology will be accepted at the meeting,
