Greetings to you all from the District Secretariat Arusha.
For the month of Feb 2012 I am really worried that our membership has gone down to 1035 in 37 clubs.
If we do not take membership growth and retention seriously then we are not far from becoming a PROVINCIAL DISTRICT. If we collectively believe in EACH ONE REACH ONE, then our district will thrive with new blood and become a stronger district with many hands to serve the underprivileged in our 2 countries.
Report the NEW member immediately to the International once he has been oriented with the Lions info, the new members then can be later on inducted at club organized ceremonies.
I am of hope that each one of you will do the needful, and ACT FAST as time is running out.
